So I am planning on trekking down to SDCC on Saturday, July 26. Mostly to pick up some things from a friend, but I wasn't keen on driving all the way from LA to pick it up and go right back.
So I had a great idea, let's have a meetup! Most of us that either live near the area or are like me (driving down for festivities) know that we don't have to be INSIDE the exhibit hall to have fun at a con.
I was thinking maybe around noon or earlier we could meet up at the pier. It would be a little easier to see people and it is a decent distance from the con that it won't be so difficult to find one another.
There are many places to find food in the area, so we don't have to go to a sit down restaurant or anything since it would be an inconvenience for us and stressful for the workers.
