Probably one of the easiest and quickest starter costumes from the new series is a service member of the Order of the Silence.
There are variations of this outfit through out the series due to the militant nature of the the outfit, but this leaves plenty of room and fun for customizing and fun.
BUT the basic service dress uniform as indicated in the episode "Demons Run" is nothing more than an USAF Airman Battle Uniform [ABU] (green tiger stripe camo) with a black beret bearing the church emblem.
you can buy all the needed supplies off or at any military supply/surplus website/store.
