Well, since we seem to be on an island at this point and everyone remotely active in the sector is running for office or in a National position, I figured I'd just use the questions that have been posed in other sectors as well as updated versions of questions from the National Commander elections and post them for us to answer. (Why yes, I was that kid who reminded the teacher that she forgot to give us homework!)

At least it'll seem like we're part of the process?

1. This club started a year ago with less than 20 members on the Facebook group. Now we are well over 300! How would you keep the Order growing while encouraging current members to stay engaged?

2. What are the next two things you think the charter will need?

3. What types of new events would you like to see us involved in locally? How would you work toward making those happen?

4. How would you grow our local membership while keeping the group fun and laid-back for all?
